Open Positions
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
We are looking for a fully licensed LPC (Texas) to join us as a 1099 contractor in the Leander area.
This role is a good fit for someone who values:
- Flexibility in their schedule and clinical approach
- Meaningful connection with clients over rushed or surface-level work
- Being part of a growing practice where their voice actually matters
- Clinical autonomy paired with supportive collaboration when needed
You’ll work with a caseload that may include children, adolescents, individuals, and/or families based on your strengths and interests.
We are not looking for a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach—we are looking for clinicians who can think clinically, stay grounded in evidence-based work, and adapt treatment to the actual person in front of them.
