Frequently Asked Questions

I understand that seeking therapy can be a big step towards personal growth and healing. During this process, you may have many questions about the world of therapy and what you can expect. That’s why I’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you feel more informed and confident in your decision to pursue counseling,

 

The duration of each therapy session is 50 minutes. In the initial few sessions, we will take some time to get to know you better and understand the reason behind seeking therapy. Following this, we will work together to establish goals for the therapy and decide on the frequency of our meetings.

Currently, I offer in-person services on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Cedar Park. I also offer remote therapy sessions through telehealth. This means that regardless of where you live in Texas, you can receive therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home, office, or any other location of your choice.

 

Currently, I do not accept any insurance plans and you would be responsible for paying  directly for therapy sessions.  However, I can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
